Responsible for the development and operation of a new kids and teens ESL program for a large private English school system in Mexico. There are two stages for this position. In stage one, the Director will be responsible for leading the research and development of the new kids and teens programs, including needs analysis, curriculum framework, materials, assessments and training. In stage two, the Director will provide leadership for the area, plan objectives, organize tasks, and plan and execute trainings throughout Mexico. Residence in Mexico is required. Must be able and willing to travel.
Education:
M.A. TESOL
Experience:
A minimum of three years experience of teaching ESL to children. Experience in developing children’s curriculum required. Management experience required.
Skills:
English 100%
Spanish 80%
Excellent writing and editing skills.
